To provide residents of Carrington Place at Botetourt Commons Health & Rehab Center™ with a variety of alternatives that may be needed throughout the course of their lives, enabling them to return to and/or maintain their maximum physical, social, mental, and spiritual capacities if medically possible

We accomplish this goal by putting Residents first and making your stay as comfortable as possible.
Rehabilitation
Provide an individual with the means to regain the necessary skills for them to return to their home or to be as independent as possible while remaining a resident of our “home”.
Positive Staff Relations
Our residents come first, then our employees and our belief is that success will follow.
